LOTS 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 & 11 OF BLOCK 19
OF THE WHEELER SUBDIVISION, WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, application

THEREFORE,
was made to the City Planning Commission to

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property, to-wit:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, and 11 of Block 19 of the Wheeler
Subdivision in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas
be and the same is hereby rezoned C-1 General Commercial District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
