AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE A 14.75 ACRE TRACT IN THE
N~ OF SECTION 15 TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning
Commission to rezone the hereinafter described property and
after notice having been published for the time and in the
manner as provided by Ordinance No. 1258 the matter was
heard by the City Planning Commission and the Planning
Commission recommended, that said application be granted;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property, to
wit:
Tract 1: A 14.75 acre tract of land lying in the
N~ of Section 15, Township 6 North, Range 8 East,
more particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the center of said Section 15, thence north 0
degrees O1 minutes 46 seconds east along the west
line of the NE~/4 of said Section 15 a distance of
2041.83 feet to the point of beginning, said point
lying in the centerline of a 16.5 foot A.T. & T.
easement; thence north 86 degrees 12 minutes 56
seconds east along said A.T. & T. easement a
distance of 1136.37 feet to a point; thence north 0
degrees 17 minutes 29 seconds west a distance of
530.0 feet to a point lying on the south right of
way of Arkansas State Highway 70; thence north 90
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of
1130.89 feet to a point; thence south 0 degrees O1
minutes 46 seconds west a distance of 605.00 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 14.75 acres,
more or less, and being in the 2300 block of west
Broadway, and also lying between new airport road
and old airport road.

District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
