2060 RESOLUTION NO. 1 060
A RESOLUTION TO CREATE WITHIN THE WEST MEMPHIS FIRE
DEPARTMENT THE POSITION OF EMS BILLING CLERK AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Fire Commission has considered and approved the creation of the position of
EMS Billing Clerk for the West Memphis Fire Department; and
WHEREAS,the salary for the position of EMS Billing Clerk for the West Memphis Fire
Department have been appropriated in the present budget at the rate of compensation as established by
pay scale grade 14; and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to establish within the West Memphis Fire Department
the position of EMS Billing Clerk at the rate of compensation as established by pay scale grade 14;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS THAT:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created within the West Memphis Fire Department the position
of EMS Billing Clerk which shall be at the rate of compensation as established by pay scale grade 14.
SECTION 2. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of any such conflict.
