2063 RESOLUTION NO. 3
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS TO
ACCEPT THE DONATION OF THE WATER TOWER LOCATED AT 557 E.
BROADWAY OWNED BY AWESOME PRODUCTS.
WHEREAS, Awesome Products is offering the donation of the water tower located at
557 E. Broadway to the City of West Memphis; and
WHEREAS,the City of West Memphis desires to accept the donation of the water
tower;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: Upon presentation of the donation, the Mayor is hereby authorized to
accept on behalf of the City of West Memphis the donation of the water tower located at 557 E.
Broadway;
SECTION 2: The City of West Memphis expresses its gratitude to Awesome Products
and acknowledges receipt of the donation of the water tower located at 557 E. Broadway.
