AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE BLOCKS 69, 78, 79 & 109 APJD LOTS 6,
7, 8 & 9 IN BLOCK 110 OF GEORGE T. KENDAL SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUTJCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located
in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to
wit:
Blocks 109, 79, 78 & 69 of George T. Kendal
Subdivision, West Memphis, Arkansas.
be, and the same is hereby, rezoned as M-1 Limited Industrial
District.
SECTION II: That the following described property located
in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to
wit:
Lots 6, 7, 8 & 9 in Block 110 of George T.
Kendal Subdivision, West Memphis, Arkansas.
be, and the same is hereby, rezoned as B-2 General Business
District.
SECTION III: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
is conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
