AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE FOLLOWING:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 in Block 31 of the
George T. Kendal Subdivision in the City of West
Memphis, Arkansas, as shown by plat of record in
Plat Book 1, at pages 24 and 25; also All right,
title and interest of Grantor in and to the alleyway
located between Lots 14 and 29 and Lots 15 and 30
in Block 31 of the George T. Kendal Subdivision
and in and to Fourth Street between Madison Avenue
and Jefferson Avenue, said alleyway and street
having been vacated and abandoned by Ordinance of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas, which Ordinance
is recorded in Book 281 at Page 34 of the records
in the Office of the Recorder of Crittenden County,
Arkansas; and also All right, title and interest
of Grantor in and to the alleyway between the
North side. of Lots 10 and 25 thourgh the South
side of Lots 13 and 28 in Block 31 of the George
T. Kendal Subdivision.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located
in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to
wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,
15, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30 in Block 31 of the
George T. Kendal Subdivision in the City of ti~est
Memphis, Arkansas, as shown by plat of record in
Plat Book 1, at pages 24 and 25; also All right,
title and interest of Grantor in and to the alleyway
located between Lots 14 and 29 and Lots 15 and 30
in Block 31 of the George T. Kendal Subdivision
and in and to Fourth Street between Madison Avenue
and Jefferson Avenue, said alleywayy and street
having been vacated and abandoned by Ordinance of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas, which Ordinance

SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
