A RESOLUTION COMMENDING HERMAN COLEMAN FOR HIS
SERVICE ON THE WEST MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Herman Coleman was elected in 2000 to serve as Alderman
from Ward Five, Position One, on the West Memphis City Council, where he has
served for fourteen years; and
WHEREAS, Herman Coleman has done a tremendous job in representing
his constituents in Ward Five, and all the citizens of West Memphis during his
tenure on the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Herman Coleman has served on the Fire Commission, Police
Commission, Insurance Committee, Neighborhood Center Committee, Public
Works Committee and Budget Committee; and
WHEREAS, Herman Coleman has been known for his progressive,
positive and active attitude in all of his endeavors while serving Ward Five,
Position One; and
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis has been fortunate to have the
service, dedication and outgoing personality of Herman Coleman on the West
Memphis City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS that Herman Coleman be
commended for his service and dedication to the citizens of West Memphis.
