AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF THE WEST MEMPHIS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, REPEALING ALL
PREVIOUS ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH, PROVIDING THE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF
SAID ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
~' SECTION 1. There is hereby adopted by the City Council
of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, pursuant to Arkansas
Statute 19-2421, the Rules and Regulations of the West Memphis
Municipal Airport which consist of a text entitled:
"RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE WEST MEMPHIS MUNICIPAL
AIRPORT."
SECTION 2. Three (3) copies of such Rules and Regulations
of the West Memphis Municipal Airport, which consists of text,
shall be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk pursuant
to the provisions prescribed by Act 36, Acts of Arkansas, 1948,
for public inspection and shall so remain on file at all times
hereafter.
SECTION 3. Penalty. Any person, firm or corporation
who shall violate any of the provisions of the Rules and
Regulations of the West Memphis Municipal Airport or fail to
comply substantially therewith, shall be guilty of a Class "C"
Misdemeanor, and, may upon conviction thereof be fined a sum
of not more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and imprisoned
in the County Jail for a period of not more than thirty (30)
days or both fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 4. All Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
