AN ORDINANCE TO RE7,ONE LOTS 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16,
17 and 18 IN BLOCK 113 OF THE GEORGE T. KENDAL
SUBDIVISION, WEST P~IEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission
to rezone the hereinafter described property and after notice having
been published for the time and in the manner as provided by
Ordinance No. 1033 the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission
and the Planning Commission recommended that said application be
granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 in Block 113
of the George T. Kendal Subdivision in the City of
__ West Memphis, Arkansas,
4 be and the same is hereby rezoned RS-4 Attached Single-Family
~ Residential.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith arses hereby repealed.
