AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOT 12 IN BLOCK 24 OF THE M. L.
THOMPSON'S SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning
Commission to rezone the hereinafter described property and after
notice having been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1033 the matter was heard by the City
Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission recommended that
said application be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 12 in Block 24 of the M. L. Thompson's Subdivision
an Addition to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
be and the same hereby is rezoned RM-1.5 Residential Multi-
Family.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
