~, AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION TWO (2) OF ORDINANCE NO. 716,
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, Book Publishing Company, who is codifying
Ordinances for the City of West Memphis, has determined
that Ordinance No. 412, Subidvision Regulations, was repealed
twice; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that Ordinance No. 716 be
amended to comply with this request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 716 is amended
to delete the entire paragraph which repealed Ordinance No. 412.
SECTION 2. Emergency Clause. It having been found and
determined by the City Council of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, that it is necessary to amend Ordinance No. ?16,
to comply with a request from Book Publishing Co., an
emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordinance
being necessary for the public health, safety and welfare
of the citizens of West Memphis, Arkansas, shall be in full
force and effect immediately upon its passage and a proval.
