2381 ORDINANCE NO. 3 8
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 108 DOVER ROAD,ALLOWING AN
APARTMENT IN A C-1, COMMERCIAL DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on
May 6, 2015 for a Special Use Permit to allow an apartment in a C-1, Commercial
District of the City of West Memphis as required by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 and the Planning Commission recommended a
Special Use Permit be granted to allow an apartment in a C-1, Commercial District of the
City of West Memphis.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property,to wit:
Address: 108 Dover Road
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit allowing an apartment in a
C-1, Commercial District of the City of West Memphis.
SECTION 11: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
