ORDINANCE NO. ~~NU
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 5.60.040 OF THE WEST
MEMPHIS MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING AMBULANCE SERVICE
FEES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the West Memphis Fire Department desires to establish an itemized list of
the fees charged for the supplies and services of the ambulance service in order to maintain the
quality of service now provided; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Commission has approved and recommended the adoption of the
itemized fees to be charged for ambulance services and supplies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 5.60.040 of the West Memphis Municipal Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
The charges for the ambulance service operated by the West Memphis fire
department will be as follows:
