AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 1164,
RESTORING THE AUTHORITY OF THE MAYOR TO
MAKE PURCHASES AUTHORIZED IN ORDINANCE
NO. 1136, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION ONE. Ordinance No. 1164, dated March 15, 1984,
is hereby repealed. It is the intent of this Ordinance to
restore the Mayor's authority to spend the amounts listed
in Ordinance No. 1136.
SECTION TWO. All Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in
