AN ORDINANCE TO SYAIVE CO1iPETITIVE BIDDING,
ESTAI3LISIIING AN EI`IERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Arkansas Statute 19-4425 allows waiving of
competitive bidding in exceptional situations where such
procedure is deemed not feasible or practical; and,
WIiEREAS, there are many items necessary for the City's
use ~chere competitive bidding is deemed not feasible or
practical;
NOIY, THERErORE, BE IT ORDt1I;lED BY TH1; CITY COUNCIL OF

1. That competitive bidding be waived for th'e follovring
