COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
SECTION I. Section 9.2411 of the Zoning Code of the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas, as adopted by Ordinance No. 1033, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"9.2411 Size of Mobile Home Park: Each mobile home park
shall contain a minimum of two acres."
SECTION 2. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. EMERGENCY CLAUSE: It is found and declared by the
City Council that this ordinance is necessary for t he orderly growth
and expansion of the City of West Memphis, and for the protection
of the safety and welfare of the inhabitants o~ City of West
Memphis; therefore, an emergency is hereby-declared to exist and
this ordinance shall be in full f orce c1 effect fr m and after its
passage and approva ,~
