AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE THE SALARY OF THE DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARfCANSAS
SECTION. 1. Effective January 1, 1985 the cc~pensation or salary
to be paid to one (1) Deputy City Attorney shall be Eighteen Thousand
Dollars ($18,000.00). annually.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances and Resolutions
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Emergency Clause. It having been found and determined
by the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that for
