AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 8.2
OF ORDINANCE N0. 715 OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 8.2, Permitted Uses, of Ordinance
No. 715 of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, is hereby
amended by deleting Truck Terminals and Depots as a~
Permitted Use in the B-2 Zone, as found on page 48 'of the
Zoning Code.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repeal/ed. /
