AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION FOR THE
CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Effective January 1, 1980, the salary of the
City Attorney of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, shall
be Fourteen Thousand and Four Hundred Dollars, ($14,400.00)
annually, with Thirty-Six Hundred Dollars~($3,6~00.00) annually,
for expense.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances and
Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
