DATED, OCTOBER 6, 1977, INCREASING THE FARES
OF TAXI-CABS II~1 THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section One (1) of Ordinance No. 916,
dated October 6, 1977, is amended as follows:
"Section 1. There is hereby established a uniform
schedule for taxi-cab rates in the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, which shall be as followst
PASSENGERS:
First 1/4 mile
Each Additional One-Quarter (1/4) Mile
Each Additional Passenger
School Children - Each Additional Child
(Transporting to and from School)
Waiting Time - Per Minute
Waiting Time - Per Hour
PACKAGE DELIVERY: - - - - - - - -
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or Parts of Qrdinances ~n
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
