AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE N0. 873,
INCREASING THE SALARY OF THE DEPUTY CITY ATTORNEY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 873, dated November 18, 1,976,
is hereby repealed. ~
Section 2. Effective January 1, 198Q, the compensation
or salary to be paid to one (1) Deputy City Attorney shall be
Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) annually:.
