ORDINANCE NO.~
AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE N0. 993,
OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS,
PASSED JANUARY 31, 1980 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 993, passed January 31, 1980,
was by Petition set for Referendum for election on April 22,
1980; and,
WHEREAS, the results of the election show that
Ordinance No. 993 was defeated by a vote of the people;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
1. That Ordinance No. 993, passed January 31, 1980,
be hereby repealed;
2. That the City Clerk of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, shall hereby expunUe Ordinance No. 993, passed
January 31, 1980, from the records of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas.
