1. That competitive bidd:itig be waived for the following
item to be used by the City, which is described as follows:
Waive competitive bidding for:
1• Repair of 1000 KVA Transformer -not to exceed $10,000.00.
2. Repair of 500 KVA Transformer -not to exceed $5,000.00
Jim's Electxic Sezyice, Jacksonville, Arkansas will do repair on both of
the above.

by the City Council of 'the City of Z'Test Memphis, Arkansas- that
there is an urgent need by t}ZC City o.f West Memphis for' the item ~
described above, an emergency is hereby dec7_ar.ed to exist, and
this Ordinance being necessary for .the preservation of the public
peace, health, safety and welfare of the cit:i_zens of West Memphis,
Arkansas, shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approva:L.
