An Ordinance to rezone Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 36
of the George T. Kendal Subdivision in the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of West
Memphis, Arkansas:
SECTION I: That the following described proeprty
located in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County,
Arkansas, to wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 36 of the George T.
Kendal Subdivision in the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas
be, and the same is hereby, rezoned B-2, General Business
District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or part of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repeal/ed,./
