A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO
COMMERCIAL FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 420 SOUTH AVALON, IN THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, CRITTENDEN COUNTY,ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis Planning Commission held a public
hearing on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 and considered and recommended a change in the
West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Multi-Family Residential to Commercial, for
certain property located at approximately 420 South Avalon, in the City of West
Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas and the City Council finds the recommended
change in the Comprehensive Plan should be granted, of the following described property
as follows:
Common Address: Approximately 420 South Avalon
West Memphis, Arkansas
Legal Address: Lot 4-A, South Avalon Subdivision
And the City Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan
should be granted.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The West Memphis Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended from
Multi-Family Residential, to Commercial, of the following described property in the City
of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas:
Common Address: Approximately 420 South Avalon
West Memphis,Arkansas
Legal Address: Lot 4-A, South Avalon Subdivision
