BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. „~-~~, dated, n~~_~-=~- ~r~-972,
Section 8.2, Permitted Uses, is amended by adding; the
following:
"Aluminum Can Recycling Centers are permitted in
B-1 and B-2, Business Zones".
"Dwelling, Single-Family Attached, is permitted in
B-1 and B-2, Business Zones".
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
