AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 987, SECTION 10,
PERTAINING TO PRIVILEGE LICENSE COSTS FOR PLUMBERS,
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TtiTEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 9~7, Section 10, pertaining to
the cost o.f .Privi e~-e License for Plumbers is amended to read,
SECTI0~1 ?_. All Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith arc hereby repealed.
SECTION ~. Emergency Clause. It being found and determined
by the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that
there was an error in the last Privilege License Ordinance,
` Ordinance No. 9b7, Section 10, pertaining to Privilege License Costs
~' for Plumbers; therefore, an emergency is declared to exist and
this Ordinance being necessary for the public peace, health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
shall become in full force and effect upon its passage and
approval.
