ORDINANCE N0. 1042
An ordinance to rezone Lots 33 and 34,
Block 99 of the Kendal Subdivision to
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, de-
claring an emergency, and for other
purposes.
Commission to rezone the real property described below, and
after the publication of proper notice for the time and in
the manner as provided by law and Ordinance No. 1033 of the
City, the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission
for the City of West Memphis on October 29, 1980 and
November 26, 1980;
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning
WHEREAS, the said Planning Commission recommended that
the application be approved, and the City Council of the
City of West Memphis finds that the application is proper
and should be granted.
THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas:
Section 1: That the following described property
located in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County,
Arkansas, to-wit:
Lots 33 and 34, Block 99 of the Kendal Subdivision to
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas
be and the same hereby is rezoned as RM 3, multiple family
residential district.
Section 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3: It being found and determined by the City
Council of the City of West Memphis,
