2111 RESOLUTION NO. 1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2016 BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,William H.Johnson,the Mayor for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, is
recommending to the City Council of the City of West Memphis the adoption of the 2016 budget for the
City of West Memphis,Arkansas,presented as Schedule A of this Resolution.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas,finds that the
recommended 2016 Budget for the purpose of funding the allocations in Schedule A is appropriate and
should be approved;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS,approves the 2016 Budget for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas,as set out in the
attached exhibit,Schedule A,and this resolution shall be in full force and effect beginning January 1",
2016.
