ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR OUT-OF-TOWN
CALLS MADE BY THE WEST MEMPHIS FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis Fire Department
sometimes answers calls outside the City Limits to extinguish
fires; and,
WHEREAS, the West Memphis Fire Commission has established
certain fees to compensate the City of Vest Memphis for the
expense involved; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a list of expenses be
established by the City Council;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MED2PHIS, ARKANSAS, that the following fees be
established for out-of-town calls made by the West Memphis
Fire Department:

1. Any Mobile Home - - - - - - - - - - - - - $250.00;
2. Any other type of structure - - - - - - - $500.00;
3. Cars - $150.00 plus cost of chemicals
- NOT to exceed - $200.00;
4. Trucks - over 3/4 ton - $250.00 plus cost of chemicals.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or Parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
