AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN A I-1, LIMITED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO ALLOW AOFF-SITE TRUCK PARKING
FACII,ITY AT 610 PETRO COVE, WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Planning Commission to
allow a Special Use Permit of a off-site truck parking facility, in a I-1,
Limited Industrial District, as required by Ordinance 1258, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice has been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1258, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission, on August 30, 2000 and the Planning Commission recommended that a
Special Use Permit be granted to Grace Trailer, to permit aoff--site truck parking
facility in a I-1, Limited Industrial District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property, to wit:
610 Petro Cove, Lots 5 & 7, McCarley Industrial Park, West Memphis, Arkansas
be, and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit, permitting aoff-site truck
parking facility in a I-1, Limited Industrial District.
SECTION II: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
