Section 1. Section IV of Ordinance 1~To. 2b0 is hereby amended to
read as fo11 ows:
"Section IV. fipplications, .Permits.
a. Before beginning arzy gas piping worl~ in the L'ity of West Memphis,
Arkansas, the person installing sane s~za11 apply to the .E'Zumbing Inspectar,
or other designated official and obtain a permit to do such work. Only
those persons authorized to do piping may be issued permits.
b. Application for permits sha11 be made on suitable forms provided
by the Plumbing Inspector. The application sha11 be accompanied by fees
irz accordance with the following schedule:
