Section 1. That a fee of Five and 1'To/100ths Dollars (y~~.00) be
charged fora building permit for all buildings up to 2j 0 sq. ft. of fl oar
space and the charge of two cents (2~/) per sq. ft. of floor space for all
buildings up to and including j0, 000 sq. ft. and one and one-half cents
(I-1/~.~) per sq. ft. over and above 'j 0, 000 sq. ft., including basement
floors. Only enclosed floor areas measured tc exterior face of building
wa11s. The second floor wi11 be figured on heated floor area.
Section 2. Three (3) inspections wi11 be made by tyre Building
Inspector or his representative on all new buildings.
a"ection ?. X11 foundation trencycing or footing sha11 be inspected
before placing of concrete. The Inspector's office sha11 be notified
Four (~) hours prior, or as soon as possible, after trenches are ready, but
no job sha11 be held up if the Inspector is unable to make inspection on
time. Foundation wi11 be checked for depth below drying or freeze point.

any other inspections required by the Codes of the City of vilest IZemphis.
