(b) 1'o1es, standards, structures, etc. installed by the elec-
trical contractor, tizat are used as a racevxcy or primarily far
the support of electrical co~zductors, shall be considered to be
electrical ey."uiprzent within trze meaning of subsection (a).
(c) 1/o permit shall be required for rrairzor electrical repairs
such as the replacement o,;f electrical rzotors (100 11~' or less),
air-conditioning compressors or controls, lamps or fuses, flusri
or snap switches, c7uznging 1ar~p sockets or receptacles, taping
bare joints or repairing drop cords.

(d) Additional Irzspe e t i ens.
lJhen an ~lectrieal Inspector rejects approual of wiring or equip-
ment due to the violation of trae requirements of the National or
City of Glest llerrphis electrical G"odes, or when the work to be
inspected is incomplete, or wheiz there exists any other irregu-
larities caused by the l7aster rlectriciarz yr his agents, no
additional fee sha11 be charged for the first additional inspec-
tion. .~ fee of f~_j.00 slzall be charged for the second additional
inspection, and a fee of y~5.00 s1za11 be charged for each additional
inspection thereafter until the violation is corrected.
(e) Relief for Defective hiring.
The issuance or receipt of a final certificate of inspection or
approval for any wiring shall not relieve the electrical contrac-
tor, master electrician or journeyman electrician of responsibi-
Z i ty for any defective wiring or wor's wlzi ch may have escaped the
notice of the City ~.~'lectrical Inspector.
