AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN A C-1, GENERAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT, TO ALLOW THE CONSTRUCTION OF AMULTI-FAMILY
STRUCTURE(S), AT 104 - 108 S. 12th STREET, WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Planning Commission to
allow a Special Use Permit to allow the construction of amulti-family structure (s) in a C-1,
General Business District, as required by Ordinance 1258, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice has been published for the time and in ths, manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1258, as amended, the matter was heard by'the City Planning
Commission, on September 28, 2000 and the Planning Commission recommended that a
Special Use Permit be granted to United Development LP 2000, to allow the construction of
amulti-family structure (s) in a C-1, General Business District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property, to wit:
104 -108 S. 12th Street, Lots Z, 3, and 4,
Block 116, Kendal Subdivision
be, and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit, allowing the construction of a
multi-family structure (s) in a C-1, General Business District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repeated.
