AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 203, 205 AND 207 N. OK STREET: A PARCEL
CONTAINING 1.8 ACRES IN THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, CRITTENDEN COUNTY,
ARKANSAS, FROM C-2, OPEN DISPLAY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO I-1, LIlVIITED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone the
hereinafter described property, and after notice having been published for the time and in the
manner as provided by Ordinance 1258, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission on September 28, 2000, and the Planning Commission recommended that the
application be approved and the City Council finds that such application should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE~ITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located in the City of West Memphis,
Crittenden County, Arkansas, to wit:
203, 205, and 207 N. OK Street
Lots 8-A, 8-B and 8-C, Walker Estate Subdivision
be, and the same is hereby rezoned I-l, Limited Industrial District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
