BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 702 of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, dated November ~-, 1971, is hereby repealed, it being
the intent of this ordinance that all electric lines built.
without charge by the City to the property lines of said develop-
ments or subdivisions for the purpose of having all-electric home

Section 2. Ordinance No. 682, pertaining to SUBDIVISIONS
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3. It having been determined by the City Council
