AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION FOR THE
'~"' CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Effective January 1, 1977, the salary of the
City Clerk of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas shall be
Three Thousand Dollars (3, 000. 00) annually, with an additional
One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1, 200. 00) for expense.
Section 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of
ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
