AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION FOR THE
CITY ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Effective January 1, 1977, the salary of the
City Attorney of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas shall be
Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000.00) annually with an additional
Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,00.00) annually for expense .
Section 2. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances
and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
