AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE AND/OR ENLARGE
FROM FIVE (5) MEMBERS TO SEVEN (7) MEMBERS
THE NUMBER,OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE WEST MEMPHIS PUBLIC LIBRARY WHICH WAS
CREATED BY ORDINANCE N0. 314, DATED -
FEBRUARY 16, 1956, AND HEREBY AMENDING
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 314.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That portion of Ordinance No. 314, Section 1,
dated February 16, 1956, which reads..."There is hereby created
a Library Board of Trustees for the West Memphis Public Library
of five members"...shall be amended and enlarged to read...
"There is hereby created a Library Board of Trustees for the
West Memphis Public Library of seven members" .. .
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. ~r /,/~ (~
