AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION FIVE (5) OF
ORDINANCE N0. 188, PROVIDING REGULATIONS
FOR PARKING VEHICLES ON THE STREETS OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MFNiPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. Section Five (5) of Ordinance No. 188, d.a.ted
October 24, 1950 shall be amended to read as follows:
"Section 5. Parking on streets overnight
No person shall stop or park any vehicle and leave said vehicle
unattended from 12:01 A.M. to 6:00 A.M. on the improved or main traveled
portion of ansy of the streets of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas; nor,
shall a person park a truck with a capacity of one (1) ton or more
capacity in any residential zone for more than four (~) hours within
one (1) calendar day; nor, shall any nonself-propelled vehicle be parked
on the streets of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas for more than eight (8)
hours in one (1) calendar day".
