ORDINANCE N0. ~~
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
~`` ~ SECTION ONE. Section One (1) of Ordinance No. 899 is
amended to read as follows:
"No motorcycle or motor-driven cycle shall be operated

in any manner^so as to cause a disturbance in any area of the
City. Touring, stunting, or racing of motors are prohibited
in any hospital or nursing home area, and it is also unlawful
to operate a motorcycle within one-quarter (1/4) mile of any
residence except on a regularly established public street,
provided it shall not be unlawful for a person to ride a motor-
cycle or motor-driven cycle on their own premises".
