1. That competitive bidding be j~raived for the fo1'lo;ring
tem to ba used by the City, which is described as f'ollo;•rs
. To enter into a Contract with McCullough Znc., Muxphreesboro, Tennessee,
for installing approximately seven hundred and thirty feet (730') of
lining in the 12-inch sewer line along South Woods Stxeet, not to exceed
$18,000.00.
2. E~nergenc~ Clause - It having been fo~;nd and dete?:nain~d
by t:~e City Council of 'the City of WestMemphis, Arkansas that
tn.ere is an urgent need ~ by the City of ti•Iest I~iemphis for the ite!r
described above, an emergency is hereby decls,red to exist,. and
