AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 916, INCREASING
THE FARE OF TAXI-CABS IN THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST

Section 1. Section one (1) of Ordinance No. 793, dated
February 7, 1974, as amended by Ordinance No. 916, `dated Octo-
ber 6, 1977, is amended as follows:
"Section 1." There is hereby established a uniform schedule
for taxi-cab rates in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, which shall
be as follows:
PASSENGERS:

First 3/4 mile ~ $ .85
Each Additional 1/4~mile $ .20
Each Additional Passenger $ .25
School Children-Each Additional $ .10
Child (Transporting to and from School)
Waiting Time--Per Minute $ .10
4Jaiting Time--Per Hour $6.00

Minimum $1.00
First Mile $ .70--Plus $ .25
EACH TIME DRIVER LEAVES THE CAB
Section 2. The remaining Sections of Ordinance No. 793, as amended
by Ordinance No. 916, are hereby reaffirmed and left uname~-ded.
