AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO.
668 OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARK-
ANSAS, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
Section I. That Ordinance No. 668 of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, passed on the 4th day of March, .1971, is hereby specifically
repealed and abolished in its entirety.
Section 2. It is found and determined by the City Council of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that this repealer is immediately
necessary in the interest of the health, safety and welfare of the citizens
of West Memphis; therefore, an emergency is declared to exist and this
Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by la.w.
