ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ATTACHING AND INCORPORATING CERTAIN
DESCRIBED ANNEXED TERRITORY TO WARD OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, A.C.A. §14-40-203 required that when any territory
shall have been annexed to any incorporated town or city, it may
be, and it is the duty of the town or city council of the
incorporated town or city to attach and incorporate the annexed
territory to and in one (1) or more wards of the incorporated
town or city lying adjacent thereof; and
WHERZAS, the following described territory has been annexed
to the City of West Memphis and is adjacent to Ward a P C of
the City of West Memphis:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . The above described territory is hereby
attached and incorporated to Ward d N F of the City of West
Memphis, and is zoned I-1, Limited Industrial District.
SECTION 2 : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
