A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REMODELING OF THE ROBERTA
JACKSON NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis is in need of remodeling the Roberta Jackson
Neighborhood Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis has received bids for roof improvements to the
Roberta Jackson Neighborhood Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the bids and determined that the lowest
qualified bid of Delta Roofing and Sheet Metal in the amount of $32,760.00 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the bid of Delta Roofing and Sheet Metal in
the amount of $32,760.0&be accepted as the lowest and best bid for the roof improvements for
the Roberta Jackson Neighborhood Center.
