A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2017 BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Administration has recommended that the 2017 Budget for the City
of West Memphis, Arkansas, be amended to pay each employee a bonus in accordance with
Exhibit "A" which is attached to this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, finds that the
recommended budget_ amendment is appropriate and should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED'BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT the 2017 Budget for the City of West
Memphis, Arkansas, is hereby amended to pay each qualified employee the bonus, as set out in
Exhibit A, and this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
