Ordinance No. Title 36 Gaming - The present gaming laws are covered by state statutes. 99 Plumbing - This ordinance has been superseded by Ordinance No. 223. 139 Suspicious Person -This ordinance is believed to b® unconstitutional under the present law. 2~,~.7 $50.00 monthly salary of Aldermen. This ordinance was repealed by Ordinance No. 533- 299 Occupation Tax -This ordinance is superseded by Ordinance No. 580. Section 2. Emergency Clause. It being found and deter- mined by the City Council of West Memphis, Arkansas that up- dating of the city ordinances for codification purposes is immediately needed and there are some ordinances out-of-date which should be repealed, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
