Section 1. The following sections of ordinances listed
below are repealed.
Ordinance No. Section
101 Section 1 - Statutory steps were
not followed when this was adopted.
Section 4 - Superseded by new
Right of Entry Ordinance- No. 739.
Section 10 - Penalty provided by
statute.

223 Alternative Section 6 (b) - Method
provided in Section 6.
260 Section V - Superseded by new
Right of Entry Ordinance, No. ?39.
Section 2. Emergency Clause. It being found and deter-
mined by the City Council of West Memphis, Arkansas that up-
dating of the city ordinances for codification purposes is
immediately needed and there are some parts of ordinances out-
of-date which should be repealed, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passag/e and approval.
